Proper Packaging

Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall take place in Surat, Gujarat, India, in English.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
