These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ShipRay Logistics website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service Usage
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
User Responsibilities
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the Indian Customs Act, 1962, and relevant shipping regulations. You must not ship prohibited or restricted items, including hazardous materials, as per the Dangerous Goods Rules, 1989.
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information. Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.
Proper Packaging: All shipments must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Inadequate packaging may void insurance claims.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods: We offer standard, express and international shipping services. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.
Tracking and Insurance: All shipments are assigned tracking numbers for status updates. Insurance is optional and available at an additional charge.
Delivery Issues: For delayed, lost or damaged shipments, contact our customer support team. Claims must be raised within 14 days from the expected delivery date.
Payment and Fees
Pricing: Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight and size. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required when placing the order. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and PayPal.
Additional Charges: Customs duties, GST or other government levies may apply and are borne by the customer.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement.
Refund Policy: Refunds for valid cancellations are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations: Custom or personalised orders, and orders already delivered or in transit.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties. ShipRay Logistics does not guarantee shipping estimates or delivery times.
Limitation of Damages: ShipRay Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the shipment in question.
Dispute Resolution
Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, held in Surat, Gujarat, India, in English.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be posted online, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
